Hi my name is Desiree and this is my story……… My sewing journey started many years ago when my kids were little. Back then, my sewing machine was constantly humming away as I stitched together tiny outfits for my two boys. Then, as life tends to do, things got busy. The kids grew, schedules filled up, and my trusty sewing machine spent a number of years gathering dust in the corner. Fast forward to recently, when I decided to make myself a wrap dress and absolutely fell in love with both the process and how it turned out. One dress quickly turned into another... and then another! Before long, wardrobe space was getting tight. Hmmm……. Lightbulb moment Why not create beautiful dresses for other women too? There's something magical about slipping on a dress that fits beautifully and makes you feel confident, comfortable, and effortlessly fabulous. Seeing someone light up when they find a dress they love is honestly my favourite part of what I do today. Each piece is lovingly handmade right here in my home, with a focus on comfort, flattering styles, and beautiful fabrics that make everyday dressing a joy. If you can't find quite the right colour or print among the dresses I have available, don't worry! You're welcome to supply your own fabric, and I'll happily create a dress especially for you.
