September's Riverton Community Market
Cozy catchups, colourful stalls and toe-tapping music!

Another lovely Riverton Community Market on Sunday! We are still in the throes of winter it seems but many still made the effort to brave the cold and we did even get a little sunshine through the windows. I am so grateful to our wonderful musicians who step up the vibe every time and get people tapping their toes - it's impossible not to.
Carrot cake was our baking competition this time and I'm really happy that Jasmin arrived to do the cutting of the cakes into taste-testing sized pieces - cake cutting (and making) is not my forte (although I keep persisiting with the baking). We had 5 entries in total - all quite delicious and all with cream cheese icing. There were two winners that split the prize - Lexi (stallholder of Frankenstuffies ) and Iri & Blair. Good job everyone!
The raffle basket of love was won by Kyllee of Riverton - this is the third time she's won it (she is a positive manifester this one!).
We will be back on Labour Day Sunday (25th October) which is the day of the Riverton Rotary Garage Sale so there will be plenty happening in town that weekend. We will see you there!!
