Aroma Touch - Carolyne Taplin
Carolyne Taplin in a Spinal Flow practitioner living in Riverton who understands the effects stress can have on the well being of the body. She integrates therapeutic grade pure essential oils into her clinic to help shift the nervous system into parasympathetic gear, better supporting body systems and helping you feel better almost immediately. Carolyne is certified in the Aromatouch technique which is designed to reduce stress, boost the immune system, reduce inflammation and elevate mood. During the ritual 8 essential oils are applied to the back, head and feet, every oil has a different effect on the nervous system.

Doterra Pure therapeutic grade oils are potent tools for shifting the body into balance. The oils are applied along energy lines and on reflexology points. The reflex pressure points in the feet and the ears are also stimulated. This stunning technique is an uplifting & deeply relaxing experience.
Carolyne is offering a 15 minute hand massage using the therapeutic grade oils. She has roller balls for sale that address common health issues.

A Little Bit of Everything
New to my stall this month is my homemade range of Vanilla Bean Products. Fresh vanilla beans have been imported from around the world and have been soaking in Smirnoff Red 21 Vodka for the last 13 months. My Vanilla Bean Extract has a little slice of vanilla bean and seeds incorporated to make it the never ending product, just keep topping up with vodka as you use it. My Vanilla Bean Paste is so thick, a little goes such a long way.
And finally, vanilla bean sugar, for the avid baker, or to flavour hot drinks, or sprinkle over yogurt and fruit. All packaged up and ready for you to enjoy or give as a gift.
I also have made some perfectly sized Massage Bars, these have been lovingly mixed from shea and cocoa butters, jojoba, macadamia, sweet almond and castor oils then scented with fragrances or
essential oils for you to relax and massage into your skin. Believe me, they are a treat!
Solid Perfumes, made from natural beeswax, butters, oils, and scented with fragrances or natural essential oils.
A special blend of essential oils to combat the nasties of perspiration, mixed with mango and shea butters to leave your skin moisturized and sweet smelling for your busy day ahead, which proved very popular amongst market goers.
You'll also find Dehydrated Yogurt Drops, a healthy, mess free alternative to keep on hand for those unexpected snack times. Come and try a sample.
I'm sharing my secret homemade Creamy Dark Hot Chocolate Powder, packed in cute wee jars for you to enjoy or gift to loved ones.
The selection of Dare to Scare Halloween cookies were popular and a favourite choice with the children. A yummy treat for those up and coming trick or treating visitors, or just to enjoy yourself.

A large selection of tasty Chutneys, Relishes and Jams all made from our own spray free fresh produce.
Not to forget - FLAVOURSOME Seasoning Mixes and Rubs. I've used my own homegrown dried herbs and chillies where possible. These mixes are perfect to add into casseroles or stews also, adding warm, tasty flavours to your cooking and all contain gluten free ingredients.
Samples will be available to try of my delicious Old Fashioned Ginger Beer. You can purchase the kits or an active bug and make your own or just purchase a ready made bottle or two.
Mega Bubbles are designed for the little and not so little children to have fun with. Come and check it out!
An array of Cold Process soaps - new releases - Lavender & Poppy and Simple Castile, which is made from pure Olive Oil. Other favourites - Aniseed China Star & Chai, Eco Friendly, Kawakawa, Lavender, Lemon, Rose Geranium, Oats & Honey and Sweet Orange have been replenished. After Shower Body Oil is a luxurious treat, mixed from two plant oils with a dash of Vitamin E and a choice of beneficial Essential Oils to personalise your usage. I've been using After Shower Body Oil with Sweet Orange EO for several months and have noticed that my skin has become more supple, smoother and stays hydrated for longer even in these cooler winter months.
